It's just bubaneshwar that one can take relocation after 1yr or for all the location it's same??Any PMO/HR please respond.....As I am stuck with base location (Chennai) as it was changed in Feb,2023.. already completed 17months at base location...
Please respond back as it's very critical condition for me

Hi I am not an HR or PMO but I know an alternate way. Please ask your Manager to ask your PMO to initiate an OIT (EIT).

They are not doing anything.. simply they are telling apply through AST portal...even I can't ask for roll off as if I will be on bench they won't give me promotion......
I connected with HR they are telling to wait for 24 month
