Can a level 10 Accenture ATCI employee be moved to Europe(Eg Spain) permanently if he/she has work permit and Permanent residence card as well?

You need strong connections with Target countries project MD. I know people who have multiple work permits but nit getting even a single onshore Temp role (forget about permanent transfer)
