I recently joined Accenture at the start of the year and I got a project where I have one lead in my domain who literally tortures me for being away for 10 minutes as well. He is always looking into my profile status and then saying to me that I'm unavailable 😞😠I am very patient person but I have started loosing myself for this kind of behaviour 🙌
Time to ask him clearly on his expectation. If he is hesitant in sharing those then escalate. Don’t get bullied.
His expectation is that if someone is pinging for a task or for anything I should revert immediately or acknowledge the message that moment and not let that person wait but what if I'm away for some reasons

Are you in development role then it's fine to not respond for 15 odd mins or bit more.
If in ops role you need to respond immediately as that is critical.
We all are paid to work for 8 hours as long as you are working for that including being away, as long as your conscience is true then fine.
In an off case you can have teams online in your mobile and carry it when away. But please don't do this regularly.
I have seen people being offline or away for more than 30 mins in name of taking break for 5 mins. This should not be the case.
