Hi Everyone, I have faced critical health issues on the basis of that I sent email & asked to my higher Management for release me from project & he wrote to PMO for release me. HR asking me option 1 they will circulate my CV in market & when I get project they will release me. 2. For Bench I have to continue in the same project for one more month because in this project very difficult to release but due to my condition they are providing it.
When I asked to HR about mail she didn't provide me till now & no response from there sides
I don't have sick leave till now so I login but very difficult to work if they provide me.
I am female can anyone tell me what will happen & what step I need to take for release.
I joined Accenture last year Sep 2023 & I got this project 30th Jan 2024. Please advise me
How is your health issue related to project. Changing project will solve health issue ?
My half body got a stroke due to lot of stress, Anxiety, Hypothyroidism level much higher, due to my project getting a lot of stress, no work life balance, No proper diet. If I Change my project so may be stress level reduce for little bit. Because my health condition first on my priority
I too faced one side face paralysis due to pressure, take care of health . Take a medical break and join back.
Did they release?
Please take care of your self.
And show the medical certificates and ask for roll off.
