Is it possible to get released from any project as I am almost frustrated in my current project but they are not ready to release me.
Resign 🥶. I did same.. when I asked about release I got my roll off date extended.
Even when I asked for a release they put me in PIP😀
Is there any way to get out from PIP
If you have completed 18month in the same project you can request for exit but you manager or TL will ask you the reason like do you have any new project with you ? If not why ? So if you are able to answer this you can….
I have completed only 2 months as of now.

Resign, I already resigned on Monday , yup no one approached me till now from hr to du but during a session with my pl asked me silently about I see u resigned is stress is the cause , I said yea i repeatedly begged for release from project but never get released , i have to work till 3 am 4 am to meet the delivery timing ...... i can't more like a torture 😫.
He only said see i understand u , i also have requested our leads to release u but the business leads are not agreeing at all , i understand ur health as ur mentor i will suggest take back ur papers once u are released from project , job market is really bad but if u have got job don't stay .......
Idk after this convo really did he tried or not but yeah atleast acknowledge the pressure i am having. Till now HR hasn't approached , none other than PL

Resign and then ask for release from project. My colleague did the same. It worked.
Talk to your HR supervisor they will help I got it same way if you have completed more than 2 years then there will be no issues
Resign is the solution of all problems. I resigned 3 days ago.
Either you move out of the organization or get out of projects you should have completed 18 months being in the projects
