How to get released from a project if I am finding difficulties to work with my people lead?
He is not sensible at all for anything and he only says work should be done by EOD. I am not a senior but he still expects me to work up to mark and he didn't even give time to think or research on tasks which he wants me to achieve by EOD. He comes at 5:30 and asks to complete impossible work by EOD.
I am not finding peace of mind and I started to feel that he doesn't have a heart or mind to understand someone's situation. I experienced something which I cannot share here. He might be on grapevine as he likes to do bitching for anyone
Do people lead's also interfere in daily tasks? What about team leads ? What TLs do then??
Its really hard to get release in such case. last option is to resign and look for better opportunities.
