I have 4.5 yoe and I’m not liking my project i have joined a month back the work hours and the technologies used are not good .Manager is not ready to release .What can be done as im dealing with some mental health issues and could not work for a 10-10 shift ?

Nothing can be done if manager doesn't agree to release you. At the maximum you can talk to HR but you'll create more enemies.
Just work for 9 hours that's it, set boundaries they'll release you automatically. But you'll have bad reviews for your work be ready for it
