Trending @Accenture; Rejected tagged on my name, warning for termination
I have a rejection tag on my name, HR connected and said that they will terminate me if I will not take the project further, but I have other opportunities which are aligned with my skills and my needs more and she want me to reconsider or else they have to take the action. What if I do not reconsider, will they terminate me directly? This is my first rejection.
Does other project placed soft or hard lock. Then Mention same thing to HR. Won't be any issue.
But if you don't have any other project then try to convince HR by giving some medical reason.
She is forcing me to take the project and said or else i have to take action.
I feel you, man. Honestly, don't even sweat it. The exact same thing happened to me, and here’s the reality: if you find another project that actually wants you, you can just coordinate directly between your new PMO and your old one. You can pretty much ignore HR entirely. My HR tried the same "take this project or quit" tough-guy act with me. But once I talked to my previous project manager, they were cool with it—they just told me to find a new spot and they’d handle the release. Trust me, HR has zero leverage if you’ve already got another team lining up to take you.
