Can we reimburse the cab fares for travelling to the office from home since it is mandatory to go to the office once a week? If not, on what criteria is it reimbursed?

cab fares are not reimbursed for travel to office. only for client visits.

So I cannot ask my manager to get a cab from next month? I joined last year and have been using the shuttle to travel to office during my training days but now I'm in a project and haven't visited the office until now
