Actually my project has a rule to work from office on Friday, but I'm unable to go to office due to urgent work . Is it ok if I take sick leave on that . I hope it doesn't bring any issue regarding one day WFO policy. Thank you

Don’t worry regarding this. You can go to any days between Monday to Friday, but try to make at least one day in a week. This is the rule whatever day you choose that depends on you, but try to go to office on the day which is been recommended by your project team, one day or once in a week or twice in a month, that is fine.
