If there’s a public holiday, or if we take one planned leave and work from home for the remaining four days, are we still violating the WFO policy? My project doesn’t have any fixed WFO days assigned.

If we take 1 leave per week and do WFH for the rest of the days then can the leave day count as compensation for WFO?

No. I had asked this and they said if you're taking leave it has to be for the whole week

You need to WFO atleast once a week even if the day is not assigned.
