Hii everyone, I have one question my project is operating from 2 days wfo and in my project I am the only one from my location. I am thinking of wfh for atleast this summer . can I do that if not what are the consequences I have to face. Plzzz answer
Depends on bad your manager wants you in office. They can randomly ask you come on video in office going days and if they caught you not in office , you will have more scrutiny. It can leads upto HR intervention
I am fresher till know from 1 month in my project their is no involvement of manager I am only in touch with my people lead that too if their is any other doubt. And my lead is not that strict he is always busy in work.
Mahhnn, I myself am a manager, But i wont do such cruelty anytime, promise. But cannot deny that such managers don't exists
Ast portal is freeze since long time,last year it opened in may-june, can we expect this year too??? Really need to relocate due to paralysis attack of my father
