I joined on the 4th of November 2024. Till now I didn't receive any email or communication regarding Variable pay. Will I get variable pay or not?

Why on earth would there be a seperate mail regarding vp, that too before due time? As you can see discussions here that nothing has started yet, so wait and you'll get to know yours, by the end of this month.
