Trending @Accenture; Regarding project for freshers ?
I have completed my training on angular in October and from February I'm on bench .
I'm getting calls in giving the interview like good of 70% . They are telling they will give the feedback to the team but they are not even responding again.
And some interviewers told me to improve more and more .
If the feedback they is bad will they terminate me .
Or else what are the consequences
See what happens is, after your interview, the feedback is shared with the PMO team. If the feedback is positive, maybe a client round will be scheduled. And you have to clear that round to get hardlocked. There is a possibility that there is no client round for you if you are a fresher or have less package ( more affordable ). But it rarely happens( For lateral hires ).
All these records are stored somewhere i dont have the exact idea where it is all stored but your People Lead / Manager have access to all those feedbacks.
As long as you are fresher you will not be fired for atleast 2 years. But if you are lateral hire, you just have 4-6 month afaik.
