ASE's who completed their stream training in Java. Do you all get project calls?

I completed stream training in Java but from last year approx 1.5 years, I'm on bench bcoz they say that no requirement for ASEs.. clients ask for only experience employees to there project

Ya, me too have the same doubts. In the jobs gateway still it was showing an entry level pool only, i don't know when it will change to the bench and when i receive a project calls

One of my friend got project call. They just time hi. When he replies them, they just seen zone him. Atleast they could inform they got their requirement. He's the only guy who got project call. But no response.
