Trending @Accenture; Regarding primary skill change/update during ITP / bench

I have a total of five years of experience at Accenture, with my primary skill being ASP.NET. However, my experience has been limited to support-related projects, where I have had minimal exposure to ASP.NET development. As a result, I have lost proficiency in many technical aspects of ASP.NET. Currently, I am on the bench and facing challenges in securing a new project. I would like to upskill in frontend web development to enhance my career prospects. Could you suggest an effective approach to achieve this? I am afraid of laying off for being on ITP for long time. Currently I'm 4th week on bench.
