Do we get three months’ salary if the PIP is not cleared and there is immediate separation?
Can anyone provide information about the PIP policies?

Pip can never be cleared. It's all in hands of manager. If you sense something wong, it's always better to resign and search outside so that you an get 3 months pay and time
If we are on pip and if we resign then we will get only one month notice period right ?
I got a negative feedback from my lead, and im pretty sure ill be in pip. News is that, it'll start in December. Would I be able to resign in November and get to serve 3 months notice period or will they put me in pip in December n let me go ? How would it work
It’s trap they might force you to resign and write the email while on the call itself.
Ideally they should. If they are not doing so, try to fight for it indicating that the employment contract states that and you plan on exploring a legal route if the contract norms aren't being followed. Don't threaten but be assertive.
