Hi, I am trying to change my primary skill to java spring boot from ABAP. And it is saying that if I have any certification or prior experience. Or atleast 6 months of experience in a spring boot project. How can I change it? I tried changing secondary skills also, there also it is asking for certification. So i wanted to ask, will Udemy certificate work? Or how much time it can take me to change the skill? Also can you guide if any one of you had changed in past or recently. Like if I get the certification, can I change the primary skill directly, or I need to change secondary skills first.
Before that, are you working on any project? If yes, your people should know about this before changing your primary skill.
If not, it will be difficult for you to get it approved unless you have prior experience or certification.
But, just try to change it and ping the people lead to approve it. Provide your inputs
I have conveyed her, about that i want to change skills. But will she approve without certification is different thing, it is upfront asking me to upload the certificate to move further.
