I am working in Accenture company now, I am still in the training phase. After an year I want to apply for the H1B Visa through some consultancies . If I my H1B is picked will the accenture transfer me to the ATC in US?
Is there any possibility for that ? With one year of experience?
Accenture usually prefers more experienced employees for US transfers. With just one year, it's unlikely. Discuss with your manager and HR for better guidance. Consider gaining more experience first.
Does accenture send their employees ? That's the doubt and if I have good knowledge and skills , can I apply the opening of accenture careers in texas ? By stating that I'm still currently working in ATCI
They do send people if projects require, but for folks who have good work experience. 2-3 years will not count.
