
Trending @Accenture; Regarding HR connect- Forceful resignation
For bench employees , the one on one HR connect call that is happening meant for same day forceful resignation and asset submission formalities has a strange aspect. They are asking employees to send resignation email to them (HR) within an hour rather than actually allowing them to raise exit request from support.accenture.com portal. Can anyone tell why they are taking resignation over an email and not asking employees to initiate resignation process from the exit tool?

Is this really happening? I thought it was just people who were posting randomly to create panic situations among us. Is really Accenture doing layoff in India as well? Previously in 2022 they did only in US

No this is not random stuff this is really happening. Many people have already been relieved from their duties and there is more to come.

Why will ppl create rumours? They have better things to do. Its really happening...and that is why many of us are posting here to take help for our queries as there are many who have not even completed 1 year in accenture with no proper support system n connections in accrnture.

Here people can raise the issue with consumers court and if there are many people it must be sure that action will be taken immediately and if there are firing then why lateral hiring is going on ?

In tool they can raise from backend, but email they need hacker to send mail on your behalf. If this dispute of force resignation goes to court, they will show email as evidence, that resignation was volunteerily and not forced.

Yeah thats why they r doing like this...even one of my contact was asked to put resignation, she later got a call from a projct for which she got interviewed last week, they said we are willing to take you..the manager fought with the HR but still she didnt budge n said she has already resigned on her own...if she was willing, she could have allowed her to revoke her resignation but she didnt allow

They might have fewer projects and they want to manage their billing because the bench person got the salary from variable pay of billing employee and if the person not getting project in 3 month means there is no demand then why Company will waste there means billing person money and that's why we employee never get 90+% variable pay
