Currently my MAL is 10, will I be eligible for a hike in the December cycle?? I am in a project from 8 Months.

I will complete 1 yr in October month , so if the performance is good in the project, there may be a chance for a hike right??

Hike and promotion is minimal in dec ,both moved to June. Depends on project you may get something it will be less than 5%
