I will complete 1 year this month and have been working on a project for 9 months. The feedback from the manager is good and has proficiency p3 ,with 3 certifications and completed 2 schools of techleap.Can I expect a hike in the dec cycle??and if I get a hike how much would it be??

You will get a default hike of anything between 5-8% that is IF they have a budget for hikes, and it’s a big IF else nothing. Looking at the way the IT market is moving also lot of Trump antics don’t keep any hopes.
