Trending @Accenture; Regarding Employee initiated transfer

Hello all, I completed my 2 years in Accenture on August 24. I want to transfer my base location. I have reached out to the lead, they told me to raise a request from the portal. Till yesterday it is open but today if i want to raise it is showing AST is available for a fortnight every three months. Please login to the next window.

Can anyone please let me know when it will open as it is urgent for me to as my parents health is not good and i am the primary care taker of my family.
