Are we getting early release in any case if we are on bench. Actually my release day from current project is 31st aug and I was thinking to take early release so that I can show less notice period outside and grab the opportunity Any idea if early releases are accepted ?
I resigned on May 25th
I knew my current project was ending on 26th May and I had got a soft lock to new project from 30 th may
Because i resigned, my soft lock was cancelled and was moved to bench.
Later I did not get any project calls on bench as I was already on notice.
I did not wanted early release so did not contact the HR or anyone.They did not volunteer to release me early also.
I have some 30+ days left, my exit mananger told me I will be on bench till LWD.
But you can try to speak with your HR, and try your luck
Donno why are they playing with our career if they dont have proper openings or requirements still they will ask to serve whole 90 days notice period just on bench
