Trending @Accenture; Regarding December Cycle in Accenture
Are we going to get both Promotions or Hikes in annual cycle in december or is it going to be same as june cycle (if you are are promoted then the hikes will be given or without promotion hikes will be not be provided).
From my knowledge promotion can happen till lvl 10. So lvl 10 can be promoted to lvl 9, but lvl 9 shouldn't expect promotion. Hikes will be there but only 5-10% of your current ctc. Make good relation with your pl, and they might fight for you to get higher than 10%.
Why so? Any specific reason? How did you get to know this?
I have good relation with a SM and few managers in this place and I asked them directly, but separately.
All said the same about hike being around 5-10% and maybe 15% for few.
Only 1 said , about promotions.
If you get to know, please let me know as well. They deliberately didn't clear me in techleap so I'm confused.
