My PL asked for data points and also connected with me regarding promotion for ASEs criteria. He told that since techleap criteria is no longer considered so he is not sure if I can get promotion but he will try his best for my promotion. I joined 24th july 2024 and has p3 proficiency on mycompetency. Can i expect the promotion?

I don't think so, I also joined on 24th July 2024. It is true TechLeap is no longer valid. And also the 15 or 18 months criteria is also there

Techleap is not valid bro but some managers are just giving Techleap as an excuse for not promoting ASEs
