Hi all, Can anyone tell me what is the difference in interview round of an employee who gives interview from referral in Company through Workday vs A person who is Giving interview round outside for Accenture.

In short, Like will their be any preference for the employee Who is being reffered by another employee working in Accenture through Workday.
