I bought Accenture shares as part of ESPP now I would like to sell some shares does anyone know the process how to sell the shares from my UBS account and transfer the amount or my bank account in India is there any hidden charges applicable or fees/ taxes applicable??

I had struggled to do the same. But I figured out and sold them for my car purchase. Only charge is "currency conversion charge" in your Indian account- assuming you do all other process correct.
