Joined Accenture in December 23 lvl 11.1 with 2.5yoe. Can i expect hike in December 24. If yes then how much. Also when can I expect promotion?

Get things sorted by july with your manager, or else in the end they would say discussions were done by july.

Yes you can expect hike in Dec’24 and you will be eligible/treated like other employees…no cut just because you are a new joiner.

If promoted, then yes Else can also be a both way ride - hike and no hike
