Trending @Accenture; Refusal tag

Hi everyone, if I am getting a refusal tag/ warning letter then will it effect in future and what will be consequences?Will the tag will be visible in my profile? Will it make an effect on getting a new project or will I get less project calls?

A person has only 3 chances to say no to a project. Which means u have 2 chances only by the last chance hr action starts. This is what ik from my seniors and otherwise. Rest i am scouting candidates for my team so in the bench list it shows number of rejections.
