Trending @Accenture; Refusal of project during BENCH
Hello, needed to know whats the refusal policy to reject any project? I rejected once and these HR ppl as usual didnt see it as a valid reason 💀
A colleague recently took roll off from the project. She has rejected atleat 6-7 projects without any repercussions.
Verbal denial is fine, i have ignored many as well. The thing is when the managers of tht project report it and HR becomes involved..then its strike 1 i guess
People here dont consider any reason. They dont even ask you whether you are ready to join or not. Simply they will hard lock you and will not give roll off at any cost.
Once a person from leadership told that if you reject a project, it gets recorded in system and can have affect during talent discussions but not sure if its true.
I mean talent discussions are already finalised this time so am not worried about it lol
