Accenture has gone for placements in my brother’s college. Is there any way i could refer him so that he clears the placement easily?

Nope., that's just for if he's applying off campus, still in case they ask to submit a form you'll see a option of from where you got to know, >> Accenture employee>> your eid. That way only possible, no Direct referral for freshers
