Trying to refer a candidate but it shows Error and says candidate already exists in system. What to do then?

Ask the candidate to change phone number and email in the resume and try again, it will work

Why refer when there is no transparency for the existing people. Let them find a better life.

The candidate being referred has already been in system less than 6months either referred earlier or applied through jobs portals. Post 6months should be able to reapply
