Trending @Accenture; Reduction in resignation

Hi all I've resigned on 3rd of this month but that would make my LWD as 3rd of May but I hold a very good offer which wants me to join by 23rd March My lead is supporting me as much as she can as an L9 then I even spoke to my L6 manager he said me don't leave we will find something for you within I told him that I wish to join the other side after which he's not responding to me on teams either

What shall I do I'm very depressed because of this unable to sleep or concentrate on anything I'm having a paid leave balance of 40 days and I'm ready to even payout so that they cut the 42 days from my notice period, the other side is not ready to extend their offer and here I've resigned as I was not getting better opportunities due to 90 days notice and early release has become a issue here

It will all depend on your DU (level 6). If he/she is not okay with early release then you are cooked. HRs will always try to enforce the 90 days NP.

if you have ELs available, HR would most probably agree to your early release. however, it requires L6 or above approval. talk to them and convey your KT can be completed within 30 days
