Trending @Accenture; Reduce Notice Period.

Am in bench , I resigned to to Accenture on 12 may 2024 but I can serve notice period only till June 3 ,2024. Post that I will be joining IIM for MBA. Is there anyway to reduce notice period without paying for the short fall ?

Tell them the reason, convince your manager. Hopefully they will agree. Offer them buyout option in worst case.

Dede Bhai. Chill kar. MBA k placement k baad kuch yaad ni rahega. Or waise b kitni hi salary hogi monthly. Baaki teri leaves bhi hongi aadha usse compensate hojaayega encash hongi jab. FnF par. Peace chun.
