Trending @Accenture; Redeployment process initiation

Hi, I received a redeployment process initiation mail. One of my friends was also on the bench for a long time, but he did not receive it. After doing some research, I understood that this was triggered because I had refused a project before ( because of mismatch in skill set) and now this states that I need to get a project within 45 days. If I resign now, will I be allowed to serve my 3-month notice period or will they ask me to leave without serving the notice period? Please help.
