Trending @Accenture; Redeployment Phase

My redeployment is starting from monday (i am on bench from 45 days). What if i don’t get any project even in redeployment period (this is a 45 days period). If anyone knows someone who went through this period please reply what happened to them. Will it lead to termination(with 3 months salary), termination (with paid leaves amt) or they will ask me to resign (with 3 months np)?
