The Recognition points which we get to redeem vouchers is down and it says will open by 1st April or late I got recognition from somewhere and got promoted this month usually we get points for these two reasons and now since the portal is under maintenance will I ever get those points or they are gone

These were notified earlier only that there is a planned downtime, and ask to use their recog points by converting to voucher, but its not that it will be gone you will get every penny

Your previous point will be automatically transferred to the new recognition portal. also if you get any awards, you will receive those points once the portal is Live.
