I joined Accenture in June 2023 and now got a mail that I got a bright beginners award and they mentioned that I will get recognition points shortly. How can I get those recognition points and what is that award about. Can someone please tell me?

refer recognition(dot)accenture(dot)com. There you will see your RP balance and how to use and what all categories it can be used for. I personally use it for Amazon Gift Card.

How many reward points will I get? And why did I get that award? Did my lead recognised me?

You get that after completion of a year. That's a default thing. Everyone gets it.

You will get email when it is credited with link in email. You can go to Recognition portal and redeem them.
