Trending @Accenture; Recently heard that the 2 year default promotion will be stopped from associate to analyst . Is it true?

I just got to know that the 2 years default promotions time is being reduced. Like from now, lvl 12 in eligible for promotion after completing 15..18 months!!

it was 18 months few yr ago, then they raised it to 22 months. This year promotions happend at 24 months.
