I have received positive feedback from my people lead and manager but I couldn’t clear Techleap in my 1st attempt so what should expect? Any hike or chance of promotion?

To get promoted before the standard promotion period, completing Techleap is essential. However, if you're at CL12, you'll receive the default raise (around 11%) regardless of your performance.
