Trending @Accenture; Received offer, should I switch?

I have received an offer of 12 LPA fixed, no variable pay.

I have 2.5 YOE in IAM Security at Accenture with 7.50 fixed + 50 K variable currently.

Is this a good or average offer?

Yes bro.. I am getting 11.5 fixed at 3.7 yoe.. Although it's mu first offer.. I am yet to resign
