Trending @Accenture; Received offer for Microsoft!
Spent 3+ years in Accenture as Cloud expert , received promotion too last year. Last week received offer Microsoft as SDE2 after 6 rounds of interview!! Only 30% increase in Base pay but good stocks (12-13L PA) amount. Only concern is my location is in Pune and Microsoft's location is Hyderabad IDC, should I consider it ?

If yes let me give my opinion, from tech stack perspective whatever you got is good. Definitely go for it.
Thanks ! I know it's incredible opportunity, just had a doubt because in Accenture doing wfh since 3 years and for new Microsoft role, I need to shift me and family to Hyderabad! But as this is great opportunity as you said, I am considering to shift!
Sooner or later in Accenture they might mandate wfo better go for MS
30% hike is so less. You joined Accenture at what level at what ctc and what's your level and CTC currently?
30 % on fixed (excluding rsu stocks) and currently my fixed in Accenture is 27LPA and MS is offering 37LPA (other services based companies not going beyond 34) . And ms offer 37 + 20% bonus + 15 lakh Rsu stock so around 58 lakh PA
May i know what your role in Azure is? Is it solution architect
