Trending @Accenture; Received any reward communication or not? Rewards portal unlocked for December???

Level 10, Hike 4.8%, VP - 13%. Total Experience - 6 years Every one on my team thought I would be getting promoted to the next level as feedback was good from client, management. I have done more certification on my skill set than expected for my CL and also I have achieved P4 proficiency on 3 skills.
If this isn't enough for consideration for promotion or a good hike, I don't know what else would. Anyways now it's high time for me to say goodbye to Accenture.

Level 11, Hike 10 % , VP 19%

Level 10 5.75

Just had a discussion with my manager. Worst talent outcome. I am at CL 10, expected and promised to be promoted but got only 3% hike with 12% VP

L10, 8% hike, 11%vp

L9 hike 6% vp 14.5%

I was an associate and got a default promotion, my manager was trying to make me that he did his best to get me promoted 😂😂

Where are you guys seeing this. Can anyone paste the portal link please ? I need to check for mine

I did not receive any communication from manager, but it got reflected on the rewards portal when I checked around 10 pm.Hike- 6%, Bonus- 14%
