My team Lead who got promoted to Assoc mngr 2months back (i don’t now how) , always calls me , to be in a call to debug a code together… that same Assoc mngr called me and said 0% hike and 5% vp is justifiable in case of mine. BehendCh** i got a 90% offer hike in other company as my frst offer, will put my resignation in couple of weeks just once i receive any offer from a good company … trust me Last working day mai uski Gd maarke jaunga(Formally)… Inko sunana hi padega, we have to show the mirrors to these aholes…
To all juniors , who are joining Accenture, please get out of here within 1-2yrs , dont hope for hike or promotions. Bhnch** mujhe ajj kall kr bol raha hai Myte bhardo by EOD … ho jaunga defaulter … senior manager ko teri gnd marne dunga kuch din … vacation pe hu … jab lautunga tab dekha jayega…
kuch chutiye useless managers kese ban jatehai pata nahi… nahi sala MBA , nahi techical mai expertise… just 10-15yrs ka exp then manager banjao bas…

Damn, so much frustration, which is actually justified. How many yoe u have? If you have already got an offer, why don’t you resign and look for better opportunities. In 3 months you’ll definitely get better offers. If you wait for the perfect offer and then resign, then your time here in ACN will increase.
