Trending @Accenture; Reason for not getting call while switching

I have applied for more than 300+ companies , but not getting any update (not shortlisted nor shortlisted)

What could be the reason ? the market condition itself is worse 🥹

I am on bench from last 3 months , have worked only on support project Now everyone (internally) is looking for experienced candidate with development experience

It’s very scary time for me , heard news that ACN is firing people from bench
