Trending @Accenture; Reason for less hike
In case you don’t get your deserved hike, who is culprit in your case?
Add one more option, management isn't ready to give anyone better hikes who are even deserving
Actual reason is not mentioned here! Accenture budget! Higher management is busy giving hikes to each other and Julie that they have peanuts for us!
Accenture miss management,
Hire more-> keep in bench-> scramble to reduce expenses and increase profit for shareholders-> fire aggressively and don’t give hike/promotion to people -> instead give them pip and steal bonus
Not all the leads are same. I have seen our AM and M both tried hard and gave really good feedback to all the team members. IT IS MANAGEMENT AND OUR LABOUR LAW.
Management is making shitty policies just like India based MNCs e.g. infosys, tcs, wipro and hcl
Now this leadership gave Accenture more profit, they’ve have figure out if these Indian companies can exploit they can also do the same.
That’s valid for everyone but still there will be 15000 promotions. I wanted to see if our leads would have fought for us, we might have moved forward but our first line of support failed.
