It's so bad here. I have decided no matter what happens, I am never coming back to Accenture. Now I just want that time passes on fast and my 28 days of notice gets finished ASAP

Bro you are a manager and you are feeling this, just think what was going on in the minds of juniors. Manager level is going to be difficult. One of my seniors from the previous organisation is also looking for a change but isn't able to get any lead. I am also trying to help him, but very few jobs are available in the market and everyone wants immediate joining which makes the probability of getting a job even less. I can say just keep trying. For me also it took multiple months to get an offer. Best of luck.
