Recently I found out that I have pcod which is why I want to reallocate near my hometown and diet directly affects pcod. So my question is can I ask for work from home for 1 month after reallocation ? Will hr approve this ? I talked to my manager and she is ok with my condiditons.

As per the new rules If you raise exception for 07 days wfh then your people lead approval is enough but if its between 07-30 days then people lead + Workday manager approval and for 30+ days people lead + Workday manager + HR partner
