Trending @Accenture; Rant - frustrated about future

Joined a year back and now have 1yr experience for outside but was on bench for 6 monts, trying to switch in different tech as I am not interested in tech they gave here. Now it's getting tougher by each month to switch to other tech as my experience here is growing. I want to switch to startup but can't. Afraid of future here for 2 to 3 years and working on tech I don't like.

There is no thing called " can't change domain when your experienced " ppl change tech/domain in even in 10 or 15 years.

This is completely fresher's idiot mindset. I was suffering from this it took long time come out of this(still trying).

You can do whatever you like. Learn the approach how to solve problem/challenge from current exp Learn how to handle a situation
Put work in your desired domain.(Learn and do projects) (Do open source )

Be open minded utilise time your prep dsa, system design, projects . Don't get stuck in own mind. Talk to your senior colleagues. Network you will get better picture

Very imp : don't get stuck in your head

" stick to plan don't stick to mood"

All the best

Also I trained a tier 4 engineering college student. Got him in Accenture. He didnt get a single project in accenture for 1 year. So gave him some development learning. Cut short he is now a hft programmer based on his hardwork with a ctc of 25 lakhs

Buddy I was trained in development and testing both, got into project management. Still wrote codes in vba and python. Even sold vba codes for outside startups. Moved to python and ML and now to gen ai. After 4 years in project management. You are limited by your effort to change.
